Tri State Property Services is a company that caters to residential and commercial properties. They specialize in services like landscaping, power washing, window washing, trash removal, and more. All fonts have been modified. I created logo variations for different applications. The iconmark is combined with the roof of a house + "E" (from the STATE) + generic skyscraper buildings.
